Personalized or customized items (e.g., hemmed, engraved, monogrammed) and items marked as final sale or clearance items discounted by more than 40% are non-refundable.

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
